Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Exception for Custom Products
According to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Application to Ambiglyphs
Every Ambiglyph is a custom-manufactured product created to your individual specifications — including your chosen words, material, size, and style. Since each piece is uniquely produced for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Defective Products
If your Ambiglyph arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days at the email address listed in our Imprint. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
