§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

§ 2 Contract Formation

The product presentations on our website do not constitute binding offers but are non-binding invitations to order.

By clicking "Order Now" and completing payment via Stripe, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we confirm your order via email.

§ 3 Prices & Payment

All prices are final prices. As a small business according to § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept credit cards and other payment methods offered by Stripe.

§ 4 Delivery

Delivery times are 14-21 business days. Each Ambiglyph is custom-manufactured to order.

Shipping costs: Germany €5.00, Europe €15.00.

We currently ship to Germany and selected European countries only.

§ 5 Custom Products

All Ambiglyphs are custom-manufactured products made to your individual specifications (choice of words, material, size, and style). As such, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.

§ 6 Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

§ 7 Applicable Law

German law applies. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence also apply.
